SANGAM – WHERE THE 3 RIVERS MEET

Sangam is the story of 3 women, exploring perceptions of what is success and how much of our notions of power & self-worth are determined by society & the families we live in.

Moving beyond the rhetoric, the play asks of its characters and the audience that in a country where thousands of Goddesses are worshiped for their virtues, strengths & power, how do we women treat each other in times of trauma, crisis & change?

Can we have the courage, to follow our dreams, in spite of all the odds?

Can we have faith, that no matter what we do, to know that we are supported by the powers that be?

Can we trust that no matter where taking the plunge finds us; it will be the right path for us, for now ?
